Sports Premium is the name for fund that the Government gives to primary schools to ensure that every child has access to, and develops their enjoyment of sport and physical activity.
Sport is a vital part of our curriculum. Aside from the obvious health benefits, it helps our children learn the qualities of discipline, resilience, communication, team work and ambition. It is also proven that it helps improve concentration, attitude and academic achievement.
We are committed to ensuring that this vital resource is used to the best possible means and below you will see a breakdown of our Sports Premium income, what we have so far used it for, and what impact it has had on our children.
