Learning tasks for Wednesday

There are none.......

April Fool! Of Course there are!!!!

Spellings: 

Practice spelling words containing the ly suffix. Don't do them all at once- no more than 10. You can refer to slide 7 of the powerpoint from Monday for some ideas.

English : Spelling, punctuation and grammar: Adverbs

Year 5: Page 7 of your Grammar, punctuation and spelling book.

Extra challenge: write sentences using some of your spelling words....what word class are they?

Year 6: Pages 9-11 of your Grammar, punctuation and spelling book.

Reading: Read for pleasure!

Spend 10-15 minutes (or longer if you want) reading something for fun. If it's sunny, sit out in the garden and get some vitamin D whilst you read.

Maths:

Daily 10
