Home learning tasks for Thursday:
You are all doing brillliantly....you've got this in the bag!
Spellings: Practice spelling some words containing the suffixes less, ment, ful and ness.
Read for pleasure: Spend 10-15 minutes (or more if you want) reading something for pleasure. It could be a story, poem, play, information text, comic, graphic novel or online text/kindle/e-reader. You could also read to a younger or older sibling.
English Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar (SPAG): Modal verbs

Extra challenge: How many different verbs can you find that are synonyms for walking? Try using them in a sentence. What effect does changing the verb have on the reader?

Science:
Check up on your science experiment. Can you see any changes yet? Record your observations on your worksheet/in your book.
Food Technology:
Create a food product. It could be sweet or savoury, meal or snack. Try to get other members of your family involved. I would love to see photos of the cooking process or the finished product. Think about any skills that you were needing to use whilst cooking/preparing/baking.
