Oak Class Block Printing

During the autumn term, Oak Class were learning about Anne Frank. The children created their own designs for a diary cover. Out of three designs, they chose their favourite which they then etched into a polystyrene block. Using printing inks, the children created a multi-layered cover using three different colours. After this, they then learnt stitching techniques, which they then used to bind their diaries.
