On Wedneday 22nd November 2017 Oak Class came to school wearing odd socks to link with the 'All Different, All Equal' motto of Anti-Bullying Week.
The children participated in various activities throughout the day. We discussed what the term 'bullying' meant. We linked this to face-to-face bullying and cyber-bullying. A lovely debate ensued with good contributions received from all of the class.
The children designed their own sock, explaining why they are unique and why it is okay to be different. They then created a sock puppet which are all displayed on our Anti-Bullying board.
At the end of the day, all of the children in the school came together in Oak Class to sing the 'I'm Unique' song created by CBBC.
