Spellings: Rule 23:cial or tial?
Use the powerpoint below to revise the rule for adding the suffixes 'cial' or 'tial'. Then practice spelling some of the words on the last slide. Can you choose the right suffix? (Please don't do them all at once, 10 a day is plenty!)
Quick Write: Using a colon to start a list
Use the image in the powerpoint for inspiration to write a sentence using a colon to introduce items in a list. Remember to try to include descriptive vocabulary (e.g. adjectives, powerful verbs) to make your sentence more interesting.
