Jam Tarts

Jam tarts were the order of the day and what a success they were. Not just fun, but lots learned such as rubbing in butter and flour to make pastry and weighing was done carefully with accurate reading of the scales. I was also very impressed with the breaking-eggs-and-not-getting-shell-in-the-mixture abilities now.
