On the 26th June the children from Woodpecker and Kingfisher classes (year 2-6) enjoyed a "fun packed" day out at Norfolk's premier agricultural show.
Despite a quite lengthy delay on our journey to the show ground due to traffic problems, the children made the most of their time there. The emergency services section was a firm favourite as ever, as were the different animal arenas. The large machinery drew gasps and the children enjoyed the diocese tent. They had their lunch in front of the entertainment zone stage (dance anyone?!) and marvelled at the speed of the blacksmiths competing against each other. They met wandering story tellers (the green man), saw rare breeds and so much more. It was a great day - if only we could have stayed longer to see/do EVEN more!
